It's not in your push, it's in your position.

When it comes to God's plan - it's never in your push. I think this could be applied to many areas of life. Consider lifting weights. When you're position is correct you're able to lift more. Why? Because you're maximizing the movement, optimizing and recruiting muscles, and coordinating them all together to perform the lift with the most efficiency.

I can practically envision God lookin' down at me with a side eye - really girl?

Snap back to God's plan. A lot of times our ability to navigate this life is in our position and not in our push. We've all experienced times in our life where we couldn't just will it into existence. Times where our push - aka our stubbornness, work ethic, best effort - didn't get us where we hoped. This truth is both beautiful and highly annoying.

God is asking us to position ourselves: our hearts, minds, egos, lives, etc. to exist in accordance and humble submission to His purpose and calling. When our positions are correct, our push is stronger because it's backed by the One who conquered it all. Optimized for success because it recruits the Creator of the Calling.

There are so many failures in this life I've experienced because I bought a lie that everything was up to. Relationships fell apart because I didn't ask for help. Business pursuits collapse because I didn't know how to balance work and life. Dreams crumbled because they were based out of novelty and greed more than talents and gifting. There are so many facets of life that I believe could have turned out way differently, if my position were different.

Your position will always be more important that your push. Always.

Listen, even if you're not a believer there is still value in this lesson. How? Well, it's so easy to let the busyness of life to allow you to forget what really matters. You can call it mission drift, identity crises, or even not knowing who you are. The truth of the matter is that sometimes our well-intentioned pursuits become the biggest distractions.

Sometimes we can get so caught up in being trendy that we lose our voice entirely. Sometimes we can get so lost in our programming that we miss our people. Like Martha, we can be so focused on the details that we miss the better opportunity entirely. Making the meal without concern or acknowledgement of the one's who'll eat it.

So if you're in the kitchen, mission field, business, or organization, and you're busily trying to prepare the way - may this be a sweet reminder to consider the one thing that really matters, and choose it daily.

The moments where you feel entirely lost - are the moments in which you are so sovereignly held.

I went to school for youth ministry. I moved to teaching. I moved into administration. I moved into marketing. I moved into social media. I "started over" so many times. I created multiple businesses from photography to a subscription box. And even though most of those endeavors didn't work out, they all brought me something unique & valuable through each season.

Youth ministry taught me strategy & communication.
Teaching taught me time management & reiteration.
Administration taught me organization & productivity.
Marketing taught me messaging & packaging.
Social Media taught me research & community.
My businesses taught me branding & positioning.

The point is - I stand before you now as a modpodged collection of skills and lessons learned in my "lostness". It was in my roundabout ways that I was refined and shown my newness. Sometimes God keeps us in the dark so we don't hijack the mission. Sometimes it is for our protection & sometimes it is for our development.

Either way - if you find yourself feeling lost or like your present pursuit isn't clicking as you'd hope, rest in the promise that He works in roundabout ways.

That mess will become your message.

If the table is large – it means we can squeeze on

If the table is large - it means we can squeeze one more.

Gone are the days where we think social media is all about vanity and not about the power of connection. Imagine sitting at the table with like-minded individuals who want the same world change as you, who strive to use their platforms for goodness and not fame.

That's a table we can all sit at. That's the power of social media.

So if you're a purpose driven business or nonprofit and you think that social media is "too saturated" for your cause to catch fire, you're wrong. I believe real life influencers like you are the reason social media exists - to catalyze your message, to create community of advocates and support, to drum up donors and volunteers, to educate the world about your issues, and to reach lives more than ever before.

A place where we all sit and bring our fire equally.

So that "over saturation" should compel you to bring your own unique voice to the table. You. Not you trying to be like so and so or look like such and such. You. Your unique voice can and will cut through. Take a seat but don't change your name.

The number one thing I wish I had known:

A large crowd doesn’t mean you can’t be heard. You don’t have to be the loudest - you just have to draw the attention of those who’ll listen.

So even when its “too saturated” you can win too.

Just because there are many in the conversation, doesn’t mean your contribution isn’t valid.

So come sit at the table and bring what only you can bring.
When you stop doing what everyone else does and start showing up authentically- you win.

So even though you’ve yet to enter the chat in an “oversaturated” platform - you can still be successful.

So to the oversaturated lie in your head I say go for it anyways- nobody can do it like you.

It's time to stop playing small. When something q

It's time to stop playing small.

When something quickens your heart or sparks a passion deep within - don't hide it, don't fight it, don't stray away. It doesn't matter what other people are doing. It doesn't matter if someone is "better" or has a "bigger following". Don't fight what ignites your soul simply because you see the light of the others ignited before you. Those are simply lies that are spoken over you, planted in your mind, to prevent you from pursuing or shrinking your purpose.

So if you're ignited to speak for those who can't - speak. If you're ignited to break generational cycles and curses - break them. If it's to share your love and passion for art - share it. There's something inside of you that was meant to change the world, and in playing small you could be harboring someone else's life change.

Marianna Williamson said it best:
"You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the World.
There is nothing enlightening about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel unsure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
As we let our own Light shine,
we consciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others."

To sum - when you fully embrace the fullness of who you are and what you were called to do - that soul fire - that purposeful life - you give permission for the others to reveal their fullness too. Connection ensues. Change occurs. And people are liberated.

Promoting your mission is more than just hitting people up for cash..

It's about spreading the word and inspiring others to get on board with your cause.
When you share your purpose and vision, you help people understand why your mission is so important and how it can make a positive impact. This gets people pumped to support you, not just with their wallets, but with their time, skills, and resources too. By focusing on your mission's values and accomplishments, you build a squad of supporters who are totally invested in your success and will keep the momentum going.

At the end of the day, promoting your mission creates a legit impact that goes way beyond just making bank.

Being a successful mission-driven organization or business requires a BIG WHY.

If you can't tell me why you do what you do - then I don't care. Being able to articulate and communicate your why is Marketing101 for businesses with a cause.

For an example -
You're a nonprofit with a passion for building wells. Cool. Great. Love that for you.
If I were to ask why you build wells and your response to me is "so people can have fresh water."
Okay, Captain Obvious.
YOUR WHY IS MORE THAN THAT.

Your why, is because girls who don't have access to fresh water are unable to attend school during their menstruation. Your why, is because you believe every girl should receive an education that is equal to her male peers. Your why is because most women spend 6 hours a day collecting fresh water for their family - thus inhibiting them from pursuing a career. Your why isn't just a fresh water cause.

Your why is because over 3.5 million people die a year by drinking dirty water. Millions of people, most of them under the age of 5.

Your why is more than a fresh water cause. It is beyond the need you're providing. Why is that need greater than others? Why is your organization better suited to provide the solution? Why should we even care?

If you aren't burning with rage or passion to do something about it - then why are you expecting others to be?

Passionately. Boldly. Repetitively. Communicate your why.

Snap back to God's plan. A lot of times our ability to navigate this life is in our position and not in our push. We've all experienced times in our life where we couldn't just will it into existence. Times where our push - aka our stubbornness, work ethic, best effort - didn't get us where we hoped. This truth is both beautiful and highly annoying.

God is asking us to position ourselves: our hearts, minds, egos, lives, etc. to exist in accordance and humble submission to His purpose and calling. When our positions are correct, our push is stronger because it's backed by the One who conquered it all. Optimized for success because it recruits the Creator of the Calling.

There are so many failures in this life I've experienced because I bought a lie that everything was up to. Relationships fell apart because I didn't ask for help. Business pursuits collapse because I didn't know how to balance work and life. Dreams crumbled because they were based out of novelty and greed more than talents and gifting. There are so many facets of life that I believe could have turned out way differently, if my position were different.

Your position will always be more important that your push. Always.

Listen, even if you're not a believer there is still value in this lesson. How? Well, it's so easy to let the busyness of life to allow you to forget what really matters. You can call it mission drift, identity crises, or even not knowing who you are. The truth of the matter is that sometimes our well-intentioned pursuits become the biggest distractions.

Sometimes we can get so caught up in being trendy that we lose our voice entirely. Sometimes we can get so lost in our programming that we miss our people. Like Martha, we can be so focused on the details that we miss the better opportunity entirely. Making the meal without concern or acknowledgement of the one's who'll eat it.

So if you're in the kitchen, mission field, business, or organization, and you're busily trying to prepare the way - may this be a sweet reminder to consider the one thing that really matters, and choose it daily.

I went to school for youth ministry. I moved to teaching. I moved into administration. I moved into marketing. I moved into social media. I "started over" so many times. I created multiple businesses from photography to a subscription box. And even though most of those endeavors didn't work out, they all brought me something unique & valuable through each season.

Youth ministry taught me strategy & communication.
Teaching taught me time management & reiteration.
Administration taught me organization & productivity.
Marketing taught me messaging & packaging.
Social Media taught me research & community.
My businesses taught me branding & positioning.

The point is - I stand before you now as a modpodged collection of skills and lessons learned in my "lostness". It was in my roundabout ways that I was refined and shown my newness. Sometimes God keeps us in the dark so we don't hijack the mission. Sometimes it is for our protection & sometimes it is for our development.

Either way - if you find yourself feeling lost or like your present pursuit isn't clicking as you'd hope, rest in the promise that He works in roundabout ways.

That mess will become your message.

Gone are the days where we think social media is all about vanity and not about the power of connection. Imagine sitting at the table with like-minded individuals who want the same world change as you, who strive to use their platforms for goodness and not fame.

That's a table we can all sit at. That's the power of social media.

So if you're a purpose driven business or nonprofit and you think that social media is "too saturated" for your cause to catch fire, you're wrong. I believe real life influencers like you are the reason social media exists - to catalyze your message, to create community of advocates and support, to drum up donors and volunteers, to educate the world about your issues, and to reach lives more than ever before.

A place where we all sit and bring our fire equally.

So that "over saturation" should compel you to bring your own unique voice to the table. You. Not you trying to be like so and so or look like such and such. You. Your unique voice can and will cut through. Take a seat but don't change your name.

A large crowd doesn’t mean you can’t be heard. You don’t have to be the loudest - you just have to draw the attention of those who’ll listen.

So even when its “too saturated” you can win too.

Just because there are many in the conversation, doesn’t mean your contribution isn’t valid.

So come sit at the table and bring what only you can bring.
When you stop doing what everyone else does and start showing up authentically- you win.

So even though you’ve yet to enter the chat in an “oversaturated” platform - you can still be successful.

So to the oversaturated lie in your head I say go for it anyways- nobody can do it like you.

It's time to stop playing small.

When something quickens your heart or sparks a passion deep within - don't hide it, don't fight it, don't stray away. It doesn't matter what other people are doing. It doesn't matter if someone is "better" or has a "bigger following". Don't fight what ignites your soul simply because you see the light of the others ignited before you. Those are simply lies that are spoken over you, planted in your mind, to prevent you from pursuing or shrinking your purpose.

So if you're ignited to speak for those who can't - speak. If you're ignited to break generational cycles and curses - break them. If it's to share your love and passion for art - share it. There's something inside of you that was meant to change the world, and in playing small you could be harboring someone else's life change.

When you share your purpose and vision, you help people understand why your mission is so important and how it can make a positive impact. This gets people pumped to support you, not just with their wallets, but with their time, skills, and resources too. By focusing on your mission's values and accomplishments, you build a squad of supporters who are totally invested in your success and will keep the momentum going.

At the end of the day, promoting your mission creates a legit impact that goes way beyond just making bank.

Being a successful mission-driven organization or business requires a BIG WHY.

If you can't tell me why you do what you do - then I don't care. Being able to articulate and communicate your why is Marketing101 for businesses with a cause.

For an example -
You're a nonprofit with a passion for building wells. Cool. Great. Love that for you.
If I were to ask why you build wells and your response to me is "so people can have fresh water."
Okay, Captain Obvious.
YOUR WHY IS MORE THAN THAT.

Your why, is because girls who don't have access to fresh water are unable to attend school during their menstruation. Your why, is because you believe every girl should receive an education that is equal to her male peers. Your why is because most women spend 6 hours a day collecting fresh water for their family - thus inhibiting them from pursuing a career. Your why isn't just a fresh water cause.

Your why is because over 3.5 million people die a year by drinking dirty water. Millions of people, most of them under the age of 5.

Your why is more than a fresh water cause. It is beyond the need you're providing. Why is that need greater than others? Why is your organization better suited to provide the solution? Why should we even care?

If you aren't burning with rage or passion to do something about it - then why are you expecting others to be?

Passionately. Boldly. Repetitively. Communicate your why.

The point is - I stand before you now as a modpodged collection of skills and lessons learned in my "lostness". It was in my roundabout ways that I was refined and shown my newness. Sometimes God keeps us in the dark so we don't hijack the mission. Sometimes it is for our protection & sometimes it is for our development.

Gone are the days where we think social media is all about vanity and not about the power of connection. Imagine sitting at the table with like-minded individuals who want the same world change as you, who strive to use their platforms for goodness and not fame.

That's a table we can all sit at. That's the power of social media.

So if you're a purpose driven business or nonprofit and you think that social media is "too saturated" for your cause to catch fire, you're wrong. I believe real life influencers like you are the reason social media exists - to catalyze your message, to create community of advocates and support, to drum up donors and volunteers, to educate the world about your issues, and to reach lives more than ever before.

A place where we all sit and bring our fire equally.

So that "over saturation" should compel you to bring your own unique voice to the table. You. Not you trying to be like so and so or look like such and such. You. Your unique voice can and will cut through. Take a seat but don't change your name.

The number one thing I wish I had known:

A large crowd doesn’t mean you can’t be heard. You don’t have to be the loudest - you just have to draw the attention of those who’ll listen.

So even when its “too saturated” you can win too.

Just because there are many in the conversation, doesn’t mean your contribution isn’t valid.

So come sit at the table and bring what only you can bring.
When you stop doing what everyone else does and start showing up authentically- you win.

So even though you’ve yet to enter the chat in an “oversaturated” platform - you can still be successful.

So to the oversaturated lie in your head I say go for it anyways- nobody can do it like you.

It's time to stop playing small.

When something quickens your heart or sparks a passion deep within - don't hide it, don't fight it, don't stray away. It doesn't matter what other people are doing. It doesn't matter if someone is "better" or has a "bigger following". Don't fight what ignites your soul simply because you see the light of the others ignited before you. Those are simply lies that are spoken over you, planted in your mind, to prevent you from pursuing or shrinking your purpose.

So if you're ignited to speak for those who can't - speak. If you're ignited to break generational cycles and curses - break them. If it's to share your love and passion for art - share it. There's something inside of you that was meant to change the world, and in playing small you could be harboring someone else's life change.

Marianna Williamson said it best:
"You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the World.
There is nothing enlightening about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel unsure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.

To sum - when you fully embrace the fullness of who you are and what you were called to do - that soul fire - that purposeful life - you give permission for the others to reveal their fullness too. Connection ensues. Change occurs. And people are liberated.

Promoting your mission is more than just hitting people up for cash..

It's about spreading the word and inspiring others to get on board with your cause.
When you share your purpose and vision, you help people understand why your mission is so important and how it can make a positive impact. This gets people pumped to support you, not just with their wallets, but with their time, skills, and resources too. By focusing on your mission's values and accomplishments, you build a squad of supporters who are totally invested in your success and will keep the momentum going.

At the end of the day, promoting your mission creates a legit impact that goes way beyond just making bank.

Being a successful mission-driven organization or business requires a BIG WHY.

If you can't tell me why you do what you do - then I don't care. Being able to articulate and communicate your why is Marketing101 for businesses with a cause.

For an example -
You're a nonprofit with a passion for building wells. Cool. Great. Love that for you.
If I were to ask why you build wells and your response to me is "so people can have fresh water."
Okay, Captain Obvious.
YOUR WHY IS MORE THAN THAT.

Your why, is because girls who don't have access to fresh water are unable to attend school during their menstruation. Your why, is because you believe every girl should receive an education that is equal to her male peers. Your why is because most women spend 6 hours a day collecting fresh water for their family - thus inhibiting them from pursuing a career. Your why isn't just a fresh water cause.

Your why is because over 3.5 million people die a year by drinking dirty water. Millions of people, most of them under the age of 5.

Your why is more than a fresh water cause. It is beyond the need you're providing. Why is that need greater than others? Why is your organization better suited to provide the solution? Why should we even care?

If you aren't burning with rage or passion to do something about it - then why are you expecting others to be?

Passionately. Boldly. Repetitively. Communicate your why.

It's not in your push, it's in your position.

When it comes to God's plan - it's never in your push. I think this could be applied to many areas of life. Consider lifting weights. When you're position is correct you're able to lift more. Why? Because you're maximizing the movement, optimizing and recruiting muscles, and coordinating them all together to perform the lift with the most efficiency.

I can practically envision God lookin' down at me with a side eye - really girl?

Snap back to God's plan. A lot of times our ability to navigate this life is in our position and not in our push. We've all experienced times in our life where we couldn't just will it into existence. Times where our push - aka our stubbornness, work ethic, best effort - didn't get us where we hoped. This truth is both beautiful and highly annoying.

God is asking us to position ourselves: our hearts, minds, egos, lives, etc. to exist in accordance and humble submission to His purpose and calling. When our positions are correct, our push is stronger because it's backed by the One who conquered it all. Optimized for success because it recruits the Creator of the Calling.

There are so many failures in this life I've experienced because I bought a lie that everything was up to. Relationships fell apart because I didn't ask for help. Business pursuits collapse because I didn't know how to balance work and life. Dreams crumbled because they were based out of novelty and greed more than talents and gifting. There are so many facets of life that I believe could have turned out way differently, if my position were different.

Your position will always be more important that your push. Always.

Listen, even if you're not a believer there is still value in this lesson. How? Well, it's so easy to let the busyness of life to allow you to forget what really matters. You can call it mission drift, identity crises, or even not knowing who you are. The truth of the matter is that sometimes our well-intentioned pursuits become the biggest distractions.

Sometimes we can get so caught up in being trendy that we lose our voice entirely. Sometimes we can get so lost in our programming that we miss our people. Like Martha, we can be so focused on the details that we miss the better opportunity entirely. Making the meal without concern or acknowledgement of the one's who'll eat it.

So if you're in the kitchen, mission field, business, or organization, and you're busily trying to prepare the way - may this be a sweet reminder to consider the one thing that really matters, and choose it daily.

I went to school for youth ministry. I moved to teaching. I moved into administration. I moved into marketing. I moved into social media. I "started over" so many times. I created multiple businesses from photography to a subscription box. And even though most of those endeavors didn't work out, they all brought me something unique & valuable through each season.

So if you're ignited to speak for those who can't - speak. If you're ignited to break generational cycles and curses - break them. If it's to share your love and passion for art - share it. There's something inside of you that was meant to change the world, and in playing small you could be harboring someone else's life change.

This gets people pumped to support you, not just with their wallets, but with their time, skills, and resources too. By focusing on your mission's values and accomplishments, you build a squad of supporters who are totally invested in your success and will keep the momentum going.

Being a successful mission-driven organization or business requires a BIG WHY.

If you can't tell me why you do what you do - then I don't care. Being able to articulate and communicate your why is Marketing101 for businesses with a cause.

For an example -
You're a nonprofit with a passion for building wells. Cool. Great. Love that for you.
If I were to ask why you build wells and your response to me is "so people can have fresh water."
Okay, Captain Obvious.
YOUR WHY IS MORE THAN THAT.

Your why, is because girls who don't have access to fresh water are unable to attend school during their menstruation. Your why, is because you believe every girl should receive an education that is equal to her male peers. Your why is because most women spend 6 hours a day collecting fresh water for their family - thus inhibiting them from pursuing a career. Your why isn't just a fresh water cause.

Your why is because over 3.5 million people die a year by drinking dirty water. Millions of people, most of them under the age of 5.

Your why is more than a fresh water cause. It is beyond the need you're providing. Why is that need greater than others? Why is your organization better suited to provide the solution? Why should we even care?

If you aren't burning with rage or passion to do something about it - then why are you expecting others to be?

It's not in your push, it's in your position.

When it comes to God's plan - it's never in your push. I think this could be applied to many areas of life. Consider lifting weights. When you're position is correct you're able to lift more. Why? Because you're maximizing the movement, optimizing and recruiting muscles, and coordinating them all together to perform the lift with the most efficiency.

I can practically envision God lookin' down at me with a side eye - really girl?

Snap back to God's plan. A lot of times our ability to navigate this life is in our position and not in our push. We've all experienced times in our life where we couldn't just will it into existence. Times where our push - aka our stubbornness, work ethic, best effort - didn't get us where we hoped. This truth is both beautiful and highly annoying.

God is asking us to position ourselves: our hearts, minds, egos, lives, etc. to exist in accordance and humble submission to His purpose and calling. When our positions are correct, our push is stronger because it's backed by the One who conquered it all. Optimized for success because it recruits the Creator of the Calling.

There are so many failures in this life I've experienced because I bought a lie that everything was up to. Relationships fell apart because I didn't ask for help. Business pursuits collapse because I didn't know how to balance work and life. Dreams crumbled because they were based out of novelty and greed more than talents and gifting. There are so many facets of life that I believe could have turned out way differently, if my position were different.

Your position will always be more important that your push. Always.

Listen, even if you're not a believer there is still value in this lesson. How? Well, it's so easy to let the busyness of life to allow you to forget what really matters. You can call it mission drift, identity crises, or even not knowing who you are. The truth of the matter is that sometimes our well-intentioned pursuits become the biggest distractions.

Sometimes we can get so caught up in being trendy that we lose our voice entirely. Sometimes we can get so lost in our programming that we miss our people. Like Martha, we can be so focused on the details that we miss the better opportunity entirely. Making the meal without concern or acknowledgement of the one's who'll eat it.

So if you're in the kitchen, mission field, business, or organization, and you're busily trying to prepare the way - may this be a sweet reminder to consider the one thing that really matters, and choose it daily.

I went to school for youth ministry. I moved to teaching. I moved into administration. I moved into marketing. I moved into social media. I "started over" so many times. I created multiple businesses from photography to a subscription box. And even though most of those endeavors didn't work out, they all brought me something unique & valuable through each season.

Youth ministry taught me strategy & communication.
Teaching taught me time management & reiteration.
Administration taught me organization & productivity.
Marketing taught me messaging & packaging.
Social Media taught me research & community.
My businesses taught me branding & positioning.

The point is - I stand before you now as a modpodged collection of skills and lessons learned in my "lostness". It was in my roundabout ways that I was refined and shown my newness. Sometimes God keeps us in the dark so we don't hijack the mission. Sometimes it is for our protection & sometimes it is for our development.

Either way - if you find yourself feeling lost or like your present pursuit isn't clicking as you'd hope, rest in the promise that He works in roundabout ways.

That mess will become your message.

Gone are the days where we think social media is all about vanity and not about the power of connection. Imagine sitting at the table with like-minded individuals who want the same world change as you, who strive to use their platforms for goodness and not fame.

That's a table we can all sit at. That's the power of social media.

So if you're a purpose driven business or nonprofit and you think that social media is "too saturated" for your cause to catch fire, you're wrong. I believe real life influencers like you are the reason social media exists - to catalyze your message, to create community of advocates and support, to drum up donors and volunteers, to educate the world about your issues, and to reach lives more than ever before.

A place where we all sit and bring our fire equally.

So that "over saturation" should compel you to bring your own unique voice to the table. You. Not you trying to be like so and so or look like such and such. You. Your unique voice can and will cut through. Take a seat but don't change your name.

A large crowd doesn’t mean you can’t be heard. You don’t have to be the loudest - you just have to draw the attention of those who’ll listen.

So even when its “too saturated” you can win too.

Just because there are many in the conversation, doesn’t mean your contribution isn’t valid.

So come sit at the table and bring what only you can bring.
When you stop doing what everyone else does and start showing up authentically- you win.

So even though you’ve yet to enter the chat in an “oversaturated” platform - you can still be successful.

So to the oversaturated lie in your head I say go for it anyways- nobody can do it like you.

Celebrate with them in their wins - don’t monetize their misery.

Being a successful mission-driven organization or business requires a BIG WHY.

If you can't tell me why you do what you do - then I don't care. Being able to articulate and communicate your why is Marketing101 for businesses with a cause.

For an example -
You're a nonprofit with a passion for building wells. Cool. Great. Love that for you.
If I were to ask why you build wells and your response to me is "so people can have fresh water."
Okay, Captain Obvious.
YOUR WHY IS MORE THAN THAT.

Your why, is because girls who don't have access to fresh water are unable to attend school during their menstruation. Your why, is because you believe every girl should receive an education that is equal to her male peers. Your why is because most women spend 6 hours a day collecting fresh water for their family - thus inhibiting them from pursuing a career. Your why isn't just a fresh water cause.

Your why is because over 3.5 million people die a year by drinking dirty water. Millions of people, most of them under the age of 5.

Your why is more than a fresh water cause. It is beyond the need you're providing. Why is that need greater than others? Why is your organization better suited to provide the solution? Why should we even care?

If you aren't burning with rage or passion to do something about it - then why are you expecting others to be?

Passionately. Boldly. Repetitively. Communicate your why.
